Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Fewell Elements LLC, a Springfield, Missouri company, handles information submitted through our host location application, contact form and operator SMS opt-in form.

Information we collect

  • Contact details you provide, such as your name, business or organization, email address and phone number.
  • Location details you provide, such as the address, type of location, approximate foot traffic, hours accessible to customers and available electrical service.
  • Any additional notes or messages you choose to include, and your preferred time to be contacted.
  • For SMS opt-in through the dedicated operator form or optional homepage contact checkbox, your operator name, mobile number and affirmative checkbox consent. We also record the disclosure you agreed to, the policy version, submission source, a unique submission identifier, and the date and time of consent.

How we use your information

  • Host application information is used only to evaluate potential host locations and to communicate with applicants. Contact inquiries are used to respond to your request.
  • We may use your contact details to follow up about placement options, revenue share terms and next steps.
  • We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not use it for unrelated advertising.
  • Operator mobile numbers and SMS consent records are used to review operator eligibility and administer automated vending machine status and low stock alerts for Fewell Elements LLC’s own vending machine operators. These messages are operational only, never marketing. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

How we protect your information

  • Submissions are transmitted over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection.
  • Host location applications are stored in a private, access-controlled database that is not readable by site visitors and is reachable only by Fewell Elements LLC through restricted administrative access.
  • Contact form messages are not stored in our database; they are delivered by email to Fewell Elements LLC and kept in that email account.
  • Notification emails are sent only to the Fewell Elements LLC owner's monitored mailbox, and confirmation emails are sent only to the address you provide.
  • SMS opt-in records are stored in a private, access-controlled database. Website visitors cannot read, change or delete these records. Restricted administrative access is used to review eligibility, manage consent and handle correction or deletion requests.

How long we keep it

  • Applications and inquiries are retained only as long as needed to evaluate the location, maintain business records and support any resulting host relationship.
  • SMS consent records are retained as needed to administer operational alerts, honor opt-outs and document consent. We retain only what is necessary for these purposes and applicable recordkeeping requirements.
  • On request, we can locate a host application by your name and email address or an SMS consent record by your operator name and mobile number, and correct or delete it, subject to any recordkeeping obligations. We may verify your identity before making changes.

Your choices

  • Providing information through our forms is voluntary.
  • SMS consent is collected only when you voluntarily check the initially unchecked SMS opt-in checkbox and submit the form. A host application or contact inquiry alone does not grant SMS consent. Requests remain pending operator review until eligibility is confirmed.
  • Message frequency varies with vending machine status and inventory levels. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe from SMS alerts or HELP for help. You can also contact Fewell Elements LLC directly for help or to withdraw consent.
  • You can ask to stop being contacted, or request a copy, correction or deletion of your information, by calling 417-763-4682 or emailing info@sgfpizzavending.com.

SMS information sharing

  • SMS data, mobile numbers, and text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing, promotional purposes, or their independent use. We do not sell, rent, or trade SMS data or consent. The only exceptions are service providers necessary to deliver and operate the SMS service, such as Twilio, or disclosures required by law. These providers may process this information only on our behalf to provide the service, never for their own marketing.
